Re: Inquiry about the employment schedule

Dear Sir:

This is in reference to our agreement made last July 1 held in the conference room of one of your facilities. We mentioned and discussed issues and concerns regarding the creation of a lot of job positions in our city as well as social responsibility on our part. For your part, the main focus is making profits. That is why you chose Mexico City as the site of your forwarding service across the country. Eventually, you assured us that you would give job opportunities to my fellow citizens here in the city.

I respectfully inquire about the employment date of hiring for regular and casual workers in the maintenance and engineering fields.

I am humbly asking your generous company to allow my constituents to work at your prestigious forwarding company. This is a chance for my citizens to earn incomes and at the same time render good services to your organization.

I appreciate your favorable action on this matter.

Thank you very much.

Respectfully yours,

Paul Sanders

Mayor

Dear Mayor:

We are very happy to hear from you, especially when you bring out concerns regarding the welfare of your citizens. We salute your skliis and tactics as a mayor since they have resulted in positive outcomes like increasing employment opportunities for the citizens.

Until now, we have not yet implemented any type of Service for the Repair and Maintenance (SRM) of our units since we had an agreement last July 1st to make the service available one week before the 10th year anniversary of our company. We are in the process of gathering spare parts needed for repair activities and secure clearance for the administration of the SRM.

In the future, we might also need the services of contractual laborers for the building maintenance, electricians and mechanics. But as we mentioned to you the last time, we would prefer to employ engineers for engineering work, as soon as we are ready with the technical aspects.

Yours truly,

Engr. Linnard Victoria
