Transportation Division, Brisbane
The Brisbane City proudly informs you about the expansion and modernization of its bus service to be implemented at some different bus stations. Current routes will be extended and restructured, old bus stations will be fixed, and more bus units and lines will be added on the busy streets of Brisbane. Temporarily, some bus stations will not be accessible to the public throughout the course of this expansion and modernization program. But some options will be given for the continuance of the service. We are sorry for the inconvenience to be derived from the program. Names of bus stations, inclusive dates, and alternatives are hereby enumerated.
In Carrey Street, from May 16 until 20, all the shuttle buses will be offered at the intersection of Carrey and Parks Streets. In Salonga Street, from May 16 until 20, walk four blocks over to the Benmar Avenue and take the corresponding red-colored bus. In Forio Street, from May 19 until 20, bus service will be transferred to operate from the parking area on the other side of the street. In Darius Street, from May 25 until 30, passengers moving toward the downtown go across the street, take the bus, get off at the Johann Road stop, and take the eastbound bus. There is no alternative bus that will be offered in Holiday Avenue on Monday, May 31.
