Dear Mrs. Pricklie,
I am writing to confirm that your flight to Bombay, India has been booked, with a departure date of April 6, 2005, returning May 12, 2005. The total price for the ticket will be $1,216, including all fees and taxes.
We do, however, at this time wish to offer you an extended package which will include the airfare, as well as hotel accommodations during your stay, tours of the interesting sites in and around the city, as well as a private car to take you from place to place. We can offer you all of this for the low price of $2,999.
Please verify which package you wish to receive, and we will print and mail your flight ticket to you, along with vouchers for any other services you wish to receive. The deadline to pay for the ticket is March 6.
