Robbers Strike Again
Once again, China towns are on the headlines of every local newspaper in the city of Beijing. Early yesterday morning, business tycoon, Mr. Yuen Shui, received a report from his business partner who is occupying the annex building that some robbers had ransacked their commercial establishment in Lungeon Xpress Drive. Upon receiving this, he called for police assistance, but when a police officer arrived in the area, sad to say, he could not find robbers anymore. The police officer assigned to investigate the case found no leads to point out the perpetrators of the crime. According to the latest bulletin, the thieves amassed $10,000 worth of cash plus $87,000 of stolen office. The investigator mentioned that the robbery happened between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m., when the rain was so hard. This is probably the biggest robbery that has happened in the city. Investigators believe that a group of professional robbers rather than amateurs were the ones involved in this crime. In response to this incident, the local government called an urgent meeting to discuss the serious cases of robbery among Chinese businessmen. |
