HAPPY ACCESSORIES TO BE SOLD The stock exchange announced yesterday that they have reached an agreement to sell its Happy Accessories trade corporation as a part to concentrate on a smaller number of services. The announcement comes before the publication later this week of the “Financial Report”. Happy Accessories, a company that produces small items such as paper cups, plates, birthday hats and such, has been sold to Party n Crafts, a rival company that owns a rival confirmation system called Steady n Co The president of Party n Crafts has promised unnecessarily that it will not yet put Happy Accessories against them yet, but will eventually merge into one company. The terms of acquisition were not disclosed, although they say Happy Accessories has been losing money, and Mr. Riley, the President and CEO of Steady n Co. said the deal would reduce uncertainty for market users. |
