NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

 The Bureau of Public Administration announces the following schedules of Public Administration Entrance Tests and their corresponding testing centers:

January 5-8, 2006                University of St. James of Thessaloniki

February 12-15. 2006           Mary Divine College

March 2-4. 2006                   Port Moresby Institute of Technology

The examination is open to all incoming college freshmen. Entrance tests start at eight in the morning and finish at four in the afternoon, so you must arrive at the test center no later than 7:30 a.m. All examinees must bring the necessary requirements, which are a valid identification card, the application form, a transcript of records, and the payment tor the exam on the date of the test. Please be reminded that application forms are free and can be obtained at the bureau.

The Bureau of Public Administration warns all examinees about the suspicious people. They are those individuals who try to act like members of the bureau to convince applicants to pay them large sums of money in exchange for the answers to the test. The bureau doesn’t allow this kind of transaction before the examination starts.

MEMORANDUM No. 001

To               : All Heads and Proctors of Testing Centers

Subject        : Notice to Testing Center Heads and Proctors for the Upcoming Public

Administration Entrance Test

  1. In order to be prepared for the coming Public Administration Entrance Test, the Board of Examination and Regulatory Commission announces the orientation schedule to proctors and Testing Center heads.
  2. The prior notice about the exam will be held on the test date.
  3. All the heads and proctors must arrive at the test center on time. The commissioner will also come and give some last-minute instructions to them. Not only that, the commissioner is generous enough to give commissions to the proctors of the examination. They must arrive at the test center at 6:30 a.m. at the latest.
  4. The immediate dissemination of this memorandum is highly recommended.
  5. Formal dress is required to all the proctors.
