| With reference to letting you back on the street after a car accident, DBP Car Insurance would like to offer you an excellent and first-rate repair at reasonable costs. Consequently, we occasionally suggest high quality substitution components provided by producers other than the carmakers. We can also propose new quality recycled items if they are readily accessible.
When our written estimate involves either excellent quality substitution parts or parts that are recycled and you approve them to be set up by a repairman we agree on, we guarantee you will really be contented with the appropriate oxidization resistance of the external plastic and pieces of metal parts. Our guarantee covers the excellent substitution parts as long as you have the car and high quality recycled parts for at least two years or for as long as the company’s warranty exists, whichever is longer. If you are not contented with an excellent substitution or recycled part which we recommend, you must bring your car to one of our service centers. Just tell us your document number, the accident date, and which portion is the problem In your vehicle. If the part is under our warranty, we will surely make It a point to repair or restore it for free. |
