DOMINIQUE & ELIZABETH AUDITING CORPORATION’S REPORT Board of Executives, Investors, and Shareholders Absolute Services, Inc. Our corporation has reviewed and audited all its financial statements (attached list in Appendix B) of Absolute Services, Inc., during the previous year. The management of Absolute Services, Inc. is legally responsible for these financial statements. Our duty is to set forth our views on these financial statements using the data obtained from our audit. We carried out our audit based on the most widely adopted auditing standards by the auditors all around the world. Those auditing standards request that we should plan and conduct the audit to get sensible assurance about whether the financial statements include serious misstatements and missing data or free of error. In the process of the audit, we inspected all the receipts and evidence supporting the amount of expenses and disclosures of all the items included in the financial statements. We are sure that our audit offers a fair basis for our views presented as results of the report. In our view, we can state that the financial statements about the financial status ot Absolute Services, Inc., denoted above are sound and correct, in all respects, for the period stated above and comply with generally adopted accounting standards and principles. |
