GATHERING AND USE OF INFORMATION By using the BMB data bank, general data regarding work performance, background, and training of applicants is summed up and used by the associations to evaluate manpower activities in the region. No facts will be given out about details of your identification or anybody’s information. Also, the data generated by the BMB data bank will not be used for any reason against the employee or any person. Even if you refuse to take part in, the employment agency will not exclude you from any needed assistance in looking for a job you are already qualified for. To signify your refusal, please cross the box that states, “Do not use for data bank”, and affix your signature on the line provided. Except if the box is crossed and signed, your profile will be stored in the BMB data bank. |
