Test 3 – Part 7 – 171

Questions 171-173 refer to the following notice.

To establish a national company, you must turn in documents of a company and a charge you must pay to the Business Registry. The Business Registry provides forms for this goal.

The filing charges for the establishment of national companies are:

Business Company                  $55.00

Non-profit Organization            $25.00

Expert Company                      $45-00

Prior to the submission of the documents of the company, an original name that is distinct from other existing names on Business Registry files must be chosen. If the documents comply with legal requirements, the Business Registry will send back a filed copy of the documents showing the date of the establishment of the company.

Once the company is registered, the board of directors of the company hold an organizational meeting to select the officials and adopt the bylaws. The bylaws of the company may include all the rules and regulations to control and supervise the transactions of the company in line with the policies of the company.
