Dear Madame:

Greetings from one of the largest radio networks in the country!

BC International Radio Network Company has over 100 radio stations across the country. Our success would not be possible without the continued support from our loyal listeners nationwide. It is fitting that we give something back to them in terms of community service.

In line with this, the company will be joining the national celebration of Health Month. Thus, as part of our mission to serve, we will provide health programs for the community and for the neighboring region. For this specific reason, the company would like to hold medical mission for one day at the Greamly Gym on the 15th of August. We have invited some professional medical practitioners who are willing to serve even without any compensation. They will give free consultations, medicines, and further education on healthy living.

Our prime objective is to deliver quality service for the welfare of the general public. Our focus is not only to bring updated and correct information but also to provide social services to those who ate in need of them. Having this in mind, we would like to secure permission from your good office to hold a community activity. Should you have any questions, please contact us at (415) 765-9687 or e-mail us at bc@irn.net.

Please notify us as soon as you receive this letter.

Hoping for your favorable action.

Very truly yours,

ALBERT MURLY

Dear Sir:

Our office officially received your letter sent through domestic express mail service last Tuesday July 29. Based on the content of your letter, we learned that you were asking permission to conduct medical services at Greamly Gym this coming August 15, 2005 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We appreciated very much your noble intention for holding such kind of program. However, the place for your medical services would not be available because there are already activities that are scheduled from August 5-15. We appeal to your management if you could possibly postpone your medical project or decide to change the place. In this way, you could still continue your activities.

We deeply apologize for this inconvenience. We are gratefully appreciative of your radio station as our partner in upholding our commitment to serve for the welfare of the people.

Thanks very much and more power!

Sincerely yours,

April Jane Davis
