Claim Detail: I purchased your product on May 5th on your website and was told that the estimated delivery date was between May 8th and May 10th. I called your shop several times and one of your sales clerks impolitely told me that it had already been sent out. Please look at your calendar. It’s already 13th. I need to use the laptop computer in no time, so if I cannot receive it by May 15th, I will ask for a full refund for my order. Thank you.
