Dear Sir/Madam:

I read that you are holding a competition about the best research paper of the year. I am a professor in biological sciences in AJU University and at the same time a researcher in this field. Presently, I am conducting research on the species of sperm whale in the region of South Pacific Ocean. I want to submit this research to the competition.

In doing the research, I found that the species of sperm whale was endangered due to human exploitation of the ocean in the South Pacific region. The causes of the death of baby sperm whales are the polluted water due to poor waste disposal practices and some fishermen using cyanide in fishing. My research proposed some plans’ and precaution to preserve the endangered species of sperm whales.

Could I get an acknowledgement receipt for the submission of my paper?

Respectfully,

James Kee, Ph.D
AJU University
