Questions 157-159 refer the following notice
Comprehensive dental coverage for personnel is now offered by the latest health insurance plan. It has a sliding coverage scope that encourages all members to join for four years at progressively increasing levels of coverage before it pays 100 percent of affordable and common charges charged for minor healing procedures in the fifth year. It also allows all participants to have a total diagnostic examination annually, or their level of coverage falls down to the initial level rate of seventy-five percent.
Those employees who have already been registered in the previous dental plan for two or more years may choose not to change to a new plan right now. And we can still allow you to continue to use the previous plan, but it is limited to a closed membership. So to speak, if you are already a member of the previous plan and want to keep it, you may do so, but you cannot have a higher level of coverage and other employees may not register in it.
