Netfran’s technical service staff offers a free call service to registered Netfran users who would like to use our visiting services. To avail of this free service, you should first register your purchased product on the database of Netfran. To sign up for the database, complete the information needed in the enclosed registration form in the product package, write down the wholesale or retail store’s name which sold your product, and send it back to us. Then, Netfran will give you a personal identification number (PIN) that should be presented to the service staff every time you ask for some assistance. Also, upon the registration of your product, you will be eligible for receiving the latest information regarding our upcoming releases. Before contacting the technical service staff, we kindly ask you to look for the solutions for your inquiries in the user’s manual that is included in the product. Particularly, we suggest that you see the pages about FAQ section that starts on page 163 in your manual.
