To check if your long-distance service has been replaced to Insular Long Distance, dial our Carrier Service Test Number below. If you fail to hear a recording that thanks you for selecting Insular as your carrier, please contact any of our representatives in the Customer Assistance Division. Enclosed in this letter are your Insular Tour Cards. You can see on the opposite side of each card the complete instructions on how to use the cards. Remember that using direct dial from your home or office phone is cheaper compared to calls made using the tour card. Like any credit card, you are accountable for any payment charged to it.
