Please be informed that we will have a meeting on the 15th day of May 2006, at 8 a.m. Attendance is a must. The venue will be at the Torch of Knowledge Publication Office. Those who will not attend will be given appropriate sanctions like increasing their usual workload. 2. The reports and articles must be submitted on or before May 13, 2006 to meet our deadline. For those who were given special assignments, submit your articles as early as possible so that we can discuss some possible corrections. 3. The release of our monthly publication will be on May 31,2006, and I’m expecting your full cooperation and assistance for the fulfillment of this endeavor.
