Dear Animelandia,
I am just an amateur artist at the age of 19. My father, Neil, has worked at Xavier Comic Publishing House as a graphic artist for 11 years. I might say I inherited his talent in drawing. Thus, I am interested in joining your current drawing contest of Animelandia entitled Manga-Anime Drawing Competition 2013. But there are some matters that are quite unclear to me. I want to know some information related to the eligibility and conditions of the participation. Would you please answer the following questions?

1. What are the specific conditions for each category?
2. How many entries can a participant submit?
3. Can I submit a scanned picture of my original artwork? If I can, would it be acceptable if Isend it via e-mail?
4. What nationality is eligible to join?
5. Are professional artists (like the ones working in a comic or animation industry) also qualified for joining?

I am hoping that you could answer these questions.
Thank you very much.

Sincerely,
James Louis Lander
