TO                    : “Elena Higgins” <elena_customer@nexustravels.com>
FROM              : “Mike Brown” <mikey12@yahoo.com>
DATE               : May 19
SUBJECT        : Request for Statement of Account

I recently opened my e-mail and I saw your message informing me to pay my account at the end of the month. Actually, I’ve been waiting for my bill, but I haven’t received it. That’s why I wondered what happened. I just later found out that the fault was mine. It is my responsibility to inform you in case I change addresses, but I just forgot to notify you about that.

I’m very sorry for the inconvenience and I greatly appreciate your efforts in informing me. I will pay my bill in full at the date you requested. But before I do that, I would like to ask for a copy of my bill. Also include the date of the original statement that was mailed to my previous address. As soon as I receive the fax, I will remit to your account in Western Financial Bank the amount of my overdue payment. Please kindly fax my bill directly to my office at (452) 452-8563. You can also contact me personally at my office at (452) 452-8562. If I’m not around, my  secretary or any of my office staff are here to receive your call. Thank you.
