Joe, my van has a flat tire. I’m at an auto service center getting it fixed, but I’m going to be late for my plumbing appointment at 238 Amberville Road. I called the customer to let him know. Since we have that always-on-time policy. I guess we can’t charge for this service call. Let me know what papers I need to fill out for this.
