Please be advised that as of November 1, the monthly rent for all Gallup Springs apartments will increase by $25 per month. In addition, the following fee changes will be effective as of that date.

Parking for one car in household	$15 per month	No change
Parking for two or more cars in household	$20 per month	$20 per car per month
Storage facility fee	$10 per month	$10 per week
Gym charge	Free	No charge Monday-Friday $5 per day on weekends
