RE: Assignments
As you know, the Seaview Times has increased its circulation dramatically over the past year. In order to address efficiently the large volume of customer-service e-mails and telephone calls that has resulted, each member of the customer service team is being assigned one area of customer service to focus on. Below is a list of our team members and the type of calls and e-mails that will be directed to each person.
Marian Larson |
Subscription renewals |
Adam Foley |
Subscription cancellations |
Beth Brown |
Delivery failures: Late, damaged, or missed newspapers |
Hal Carter |
Temporary suspension of delivery |
We hope this will improve efficiency and allow us to continue the quality of work that we pride ourselves on.

I apologize for the short notice, but this is a business trip that came up unexpectedly.
Please confirm by e-mail or call me at 808-555-0121.
