SCHEDULE CHANGES
Manazuru Air publishes flight schedules twelve months in advance. But please be aware that our published flight times are subject to change as they are dependent on flight crew and aircraft availability and other factors.
How will I know if there has been a schedule change?
You can always check for updates on manazuruair.com.jp. If you booked directly through our Web site, we will send you an e-mail alert. If you booked through an independent travel agency, it is that agency’s responsibility to pass on notifications to you using a communication method of its choice.
What if the schedule change does not work for me?
Alternative flights may be available. Please contact a Manazuru Air customer service representative to be rebooked. Your rebooking will be subject to availability.
Ticket refunds
When alternative flight options are not available, we may issue a refund if one of the following circumstances applies.
•The change significantly disrupts your connecting flight.
