On behalf of Duong Travel, I am writing to you about the group tour package you booked for a five-day vacation in Vietnam. — [1】 一 I have received your deposit and passport information and have booked your round-trip tickets from Sydney to Ho Chi Minh City, departing Sydney on July 20 and returning on July 24. However, there will be a small change in your travel plans. On the second day of the trip, July 21, we plan to have tour participants take a tour of their choice. We work with a local independent tour operator that offers guided tours: the Opera Tour (tour of Opera House on Dong Khoi street), the Museum Tour (tour of the War Remnants Museum), and the Temple Tour (tour of Thien Hau Temple). — [2] — These daily tours must have a minimum of fifteen participants each. Therefore, the Opera Tour has been canceled. As this is the activity you chose, we need to re-book you for one of the other tours. As for the remainder of the activities scheduled in the travel plan I sent you, they are all moving forward as planned. Based on suggestions from past participants, the trip to Ben Thanh Market will take place on the final day of the tour, in the morning before you head to the airport.
